By accessing AXIOM at axiom.asteriqx.com or any associated domain, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

AXIOM is a consulting super-app that provides access to implementation-ready consulting documents, an AI advisory assistant (AskAX), expert consulting sessions via Expert Connect, and customisation services. Content is provided for professional and business use only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorise the stated charge to your payment method.

Documents are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download after payment confirmation. Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless the document is materially defective or not as described, in which case please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

All documents, frameworks, templates, and content available on AXIOM are the intellectual property of Asteriqx Consulting Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the document for your internal business purposes only.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share purchased documents without prior written consent from Asteriqx. Modification for internal use is permitted; derivative works for commercial distribution are not.

AskAX provides AI-generated advisory content for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, regulatory, or technical advice. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions. Asteriqx accepts no liability for decisions made based on AskAX outputs.

Expert Connect sessions are booked through the platform and conducted by Asteriqx consultants. Sessions are subject to consultant availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asteriqx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
